From crafting user-centric designs for the Year Ahead campaign to shaping the Entrepreneur Hub, each project has presented unique challenges and opportunities, allowing me to hone my skills in user research, information architecture, visual design, and interaction design.




Interactive elements such as video footage or animation could enhance the user experience and make it easy for users to find the information they need.



Through extensive user research, they uncovered the aspirations and challenges faced by entrepreneurs, translating these insights into a user-friendly and intuitive design that met their specific requirements. This understanding allowed an intuitive design and product that cater specifically to their evolving needs and aspirations. The Entrepreneur Hub has become a valuable resource for aspiring business leaders, providing guidance, support, and a sense of community.







At UBS, the agile methodology, a flexible approach that allows for continuous improvement and adaptation throughout the design process, was embraced.


User flows and wireframes were created to map out the user journey and ensure a seamless interaction with the design. A variety of prototyping methods, from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive mockups, were used, depending on the stage of the design process and the specific project requirements.


The feedback from clients and stakeholders was unanimous: the design was not only effective but also creatively inspiring. They were praised for their ability to balance creativity with a deep understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring that each design aligned perfectly with UBS's identity.


Optimizing UBS's website enhanced its usability and conversion rates by a remarkable 15%. 

This improvement has not only made the website more user-friendly but also a more effective tool for driving business growth.
