Over the course of the project, the team passed through four distinct phases: research, insight, prototype and create, to design and improve relationship systems and customer experience.

Each of the innovative initiatives are strategically designed to reinforce the concept of Discovering, Creating and Pursuing your Purpose at every step of the way.

The overarching concept is set out to help the clients discover, create and pursue their purpose.

It analysed the research findings and used multiple design tools to articulate what they learned about the trends that will affect the way things are done in three to five years, client lifestyles, aspirations, and needs, as well as the wealth management experience and the bank’s aspirations and constraints.

The UBS My Way journey starts with a high-net-worth investor seeking personalized investment control. They explore the My Way platform, selecting pre-built investment themes or constructing their own portfolio. A UBS advisor remains available for guidance throughout. Once the portfolio is finalized, the investor tracks performance and can make adjustments as needed, all within the user-friendly My Way digital interface.


Creative Strategist Over the half year course of the project, the team passed through four distinct phases: research, insight, prototype and create. Each phase led through iterative rounds of inquiry: posed questions, explored possible answers, projected possible solutions, and posed further questions. With those, the team developed the problem and the solution simultaneously.
